The Government of New Brunswick and the bureaucrats who do their bidding are in need of an intervention before its too late.

Will Alward Do It?
Throne Speech Today.
Hopefully the needed spending cuts are coming. We will see.
If they are going to do it (which I doubt), they are obviously going to do it in stealth mode. Which, come to think of it, may be the only way you can get away with it in this province.
Did you hear Boudreau's response? There's no need for cuts, it's just ideologically driven. After all, we aren't nearly as bad off as Greece.
You can get away with making the tough choices when you have a majority and the Premier builds a cabinet with MLA 's concerned more with fixing problems than re-election.
Boudreau's response? Typical of most other opposition responses to throne speeches. Unremarkable just like the orator.
We will see? We saw nothing. There was a tax increase for those living in LSD's. How could a speech that long contain so little detail?
